We guarantee 3 work day delivery for all regular orders. For some orders there is an extra time needed, specially in cases when voice artists are not available. All the voices are 100% human. We don’t use any AI voices. That’s why sometimes you can experience a delay in production. However you can always contact us to get more information about your order.
Please go through these steps:
1. After creating an order, have you received a confirmation email from us? Better said, have you received any email from us? If your answer is YES proceed to step 3. If your answer is NO, proceed to step 2.
2. If you haven’t received any email from us, there is a chance that your email provider is blocking our emails and there is almost nothing you can do except white-mailing us. If you don’t know how to white-mail us proceed or check this tutorial.
3. Make sure to check SPAM folder of your Email box, check Promotions TAB in your GMAIL, check the JUNK folder and check SOCIAL folder. There should be the email withe the “Micro Jingles WEBSHOP” in the From field.
4. If you still can’t find any email from us, please Open a ticket over here and inform us.
5. Make sure to check the downloads folder over here because that’s the place where all the orders are available for 1 month.
No problem, please open a ticket above. Attach a phone recording of your dj name, send your order number and our team will fix it asap.
